Why train at The Dugout?
Hitting a baseball or softball is one of the hardest things to do in all of sports. Imagine you are using a round bat and a round ball and you are supposed to hit it square!!! At The Dugout our instructors will start with basics and work up to advanced hitting mechanics literally from the ground up. Hitting starts with the feet. A players’ stride is typically causing problems which leads to other issues with the swing. Our instructors have experience with all aged hitters from 5 to 70 years of age.
Why be a Dawg?
The Dugout opened its doors in January of 2003. There is a reason we are going strong into our 18th year of business. Its simple: we provide the best coaches around and coaches that truly care about the development of their players. Year after year, a former Dawg is leading their High School team to a league title and tournament play. More and more former Dawgs are playing collegiately at Division 1, 2 and 3 schools across the country.
